ABOUT BURJ BANERIA

Our Story

Historically a Burj in Rajasthan, was not merely a structure on the ramparts of a fort which gave a vantage view, it was a place of quiet authority, elevated above the land, offering clarity, perspective, and an uninterrupted view of the world beyond. Burj Baneria carries this legacy forward, reimagined as a private hillside retreat perched high above Lake Pichola, with the Aravalli hills unfolding into a small village and overlooking the timeless beauty of Udaipur. Hence, it’s unique name.

Founders’ Note

What began as a home built for ourselves slowly became something we felt compelled to share.

Burj Baneria was never envisioned as a hotel. It was created as a place of comfort, reflection, and belonging—a home shaped by the landscape around it. Over time, as friends and family experienced this space and urged us to open our doors to others, the idea of welcoming guests began to feel natural and meaningful.

Today, Burj Baneria reflects our belief that true luxury lies in simplicity, privacy, and genuine care. We have consciously preserved the serenity of this place, ensuring that every guest experiences the same sense of peace that first drew us here. From the quiet mornings and panoramic sunrises to the attentive yet unobtrusive service, every detail is guided by one intention: to make you feel at home.

We take great pride in personally overseeing Burj Baneria and in working with a team that shares our values of warmth, respect, and authenticity. Whether you are here to explore the rich heritage of Udaipur or simply to pause and breathe, we hope your time with us leaves you restored and inspired.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our journey.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
